Godzilla's roar always remained the same except for changing pitch. Occasionally Godzilla's body and facial structure changed from film to film.Godzilla has a unique power to breathe a powerful line of fire, but in Godzilla,King of the Monsters,When he blew fire to the power lines, it was similar to freezing them.Godzilla's amazing size is caused by being exposed to radiation due to attacking Japan at the beginning of the Atomic age.The last movie Godzilla starred in was Godzilla: Final Wars, which was in 2004.
